Attractive antique baby cradle.A lovely antique baby cradle. We date this cradle to the late 19th century.
We recommend that the cradle be used as a decorative item only, it would not suit the purpose of using it with a young child.
The cradle would make a lovely shop display item or used in a child's nursery for holding toys.
The cradle has a turned wood frame sitting on rocking stretchers.
The cradle has an overall height of 27" (69cm), a width of 36" (91cm) and a depth of 30" (76cm) at the rocking frame.
This lovely cradle has been constructed to a high standard and remains in a good condition with only minor surface markings commensurate with age and usage, including some minor indentations and wear to the finish and some edges.
This remains a very stylish cradle. It will continue to provide sterling service for many years to come.
