Description
A lovely open floor bookcase. We date this bookcase to the second half of the 20th century.The bookcase is supplied as a single section. The bookcase sits on bracket feet and has a shallow cornice with a dentil moulding around the top. The bookcase is fitted with two adjustable position shelves.
The top surface is inlaid with a cross banded edge.
The bookcase has an overall height of 38" (97cm), a width of 28.5” (72cm) and a depth of 13.5" (35cm). The shelves have a depth of 10.5" (27cm).
This lovely open bookcase remains in very good solid condition with only very minor surface markings commensurate with age and usage, including some minor indentations and light scratches.
This remains a very stylish and elegant bookcase. It could house a good sized collection of books etc. It will continue to provide sterling service for many years to come.
