Description
A lovely vintage mahogany display cabinet. We date this cabinet to the first half of the 20th century.The cabinet sits on four cabriole legs with ball and claw feet.
The front of the cabinet is bowed and consists of two side hinged glazed doors. The doors are each glazed with glass panes housed in wood glazing strips and are provided with a working lock (key supplied).
The interior is fitted with two fixed height removable glass shelves. The main table top has a small gallery running it's length.
The cabinet has an overall height of 51" (130cm), a top surface height of 49" (125cm), a width of 47" (119cm) and a depth of 13.5" (34cm).
This lovely vintage cabinet remains in a good solid condition with only surface markings commensurate with age and usage. Later paper lined at rear.
This remains a very stylish and elegant display cabinet which could house a reasonable sized collection of objects d'art etc. It will continue to provide good service for many years to come.
