A lovely mahogany cabinet. We date this cabinet to the late 20th century.
The cabinet features an attractive crossbanded edge to the top surface and consists of a lift top lid over two side hinged doors each with attractive panels and fitted with drop handles.
Internally there is a top fixed shelf over one adjustable shelf to the left and to the right smaller slide out shelves for storage of records and tapes.
The cabinet has a height of 84cm, a width of 79cm and a depth of 49cm.
This lovely cabinet remains in very good solid condition with only very minor surface markings commensurate with age and usage. There are some minor marks and light scratches to the top surface.
This remains a very stylish and elegant cabinet which will continue to provide good service for many years to come.

Each chair comes with a small matching cushion which also have removable covers.

These are large armchairs so please check width of doorways and access to ensure they will fit. The front legs will unscrew but back legs are part of the frame.

Pulling out the seat pad forward allows the back to drop down to become a sofa bed. There is a storage section underneath for bedding.

The settee has an overall height of 87cm, with an overall width of 221cm and an overall depth of 79cm. It has a backrest height of 51cm, a seat height of 44cm, a seat width of 183cm and a seat depth of 57cm.
When the backrest is laid flat, the sleeping bed area has a width of 108cm and a length of 183cm.

A lovely very heavy mahogany sideboard from the Charles Barr furniture range. We date this sideboard to the second half of the 20th century.
The top surface and door panels feature beautiful contrasting cross banding.
The sideboard sits on a carved plinth base and has two drawers over two cupboards. The cupboards each have two side hinged doors and an adjustable shelf.
The drawers are fitted with swan neck drop handles and there is a Charles Barr badge inside one drawer.
The cupboards are fitted with working locks (keys supplied).
The sideboard has an overall height of 90cm, a width of 193cm and a depth of 45cm.
