Description
An attractive tapestry stool. We date this stool to the first half of the 20th century.The stool sits on four decorative acanthus carved knees.
The removable seat pad is padded and upholstered in a brown and beige tapestry that has a foliate design with a central pink rose.
The stool has a height of 28cm, and at the top of the legs a width of 88cm and a depth of 37cm.
This attractive stool remains in good condition with some minor surface wear marks commensurate with age and usage. The tapestry colours have mellowed a bit over time.
This remains a very stylish and elegant stool and will continue to provide good service for many years to come
