Description
A lovely antique mahogany bookcase cabinet. We date this cabinet to the first half of the 20th century.The cabinet is raised up on bracket feet and has a small carved gallery to the rear.
The front of the cabinet has a very attractive quarter veneer design on the two central doors with the two outer doors being glazed
All four doors are provided with working locks (keys supplied).
The interior of the two central cupboards are each fitted with two adjustable wooden shelves. Each outer glazed cupboard is fitted with three glass removable shelves.
The cabinet has an overall height of 101cm including the gallery, a top surface height of 94cm, a width of 188cm and a depth of 40cm.
This lovely mahogany bookcase cabinet remains in very good solid condition with only very minor surface markings commensurate with age and usage including some minor indentations along some edges.
This remains a very stylish and elegant bookcase cabinet and will continue to provide good service for many years to come.
