Description
A lovely mahogany dressing table. We date this dressing table to the first half of the 20th century.The table sits on slender cabriole legs.
The main table is fitted with a central drawer over the kneehole area, flanked by two drawers to each side. The drawers are fitted with attractive drop handles with decorative back plates.
The dressing table has an adjustable rectangular mirror with an arched top.
The dressing table has a height of 143cm including mirror, a table top height of 77cm, a width of 98cm and a depth of 48cm.
This lovely mahogany dressing table remains in very good solid condition with only minor surface markings commensurate with age and usage. There is some mellowing to the top surface and it is possible to see three darker areas where items have sat in the past.
This remains a very stylish and elegant dressing table. It will continue to provide good service for many years to come.
