A lovely Greaves & Thomas teak sideboard. We date this sideboard to the 1960s.The sideboard sits on four downward tapered legs and consists of three cupboards and a bank of drawers.
There is a cupboard at each end with a side opening door and mid-height removable shelf. The central cupboard has a drop down door and a slide out bottle drawer. There is a bank of three drawers in the centre, the top drawer is a cutlery drawer fitted with red baize.
The sideboard has a height of 78cm, a width of 220cm and a depth of 46cm.
This lovely teak sideboard has been constructed to a high standard and remains in very good solid condition with only minor surface markings commensurate with age and usage. There are some slightly darker marks to the top surface where something has sat in the past. There is a bit of wear to the drawer runners but they are working fine.
This remains a very stylish and elegant sideboard. It will continue to provide sterling service for many years to come.
