Description
An attractive pair of Wesley Hall armchairs. We date these armchairs to the late 20th century.The armchairs sit on turned downward tapered legs on brass cups and castors at the front and square section splayed legs at the rear.
The side panels continue up to form the arm rests, which are padded. The backrests are buttoned and have a roll back top.
The seats have well padded loose cushions that are reversible and a slight bow shape to the front. The arm rests have matching loose covers.
The chairs have been upholstered in a light brown velour fabric with a criss cross design.
The armchairs have a height of 38" (97cm) with an overall width of 31" (79cm) and an overall depth of 40" (102cm). They have a backrest height of 20" (51cm), a seat height of 19.5" (50cm), a seat width of 23" (58cm) and a seat depth of 22" (56cm).
This attractive pair of armchairs remain in good condition with only very minor surface markings commensurate with age and usage including some minor marks to the legs.
These remain a very stylish and elegant pair of armchairs. They are very comfortable and supportive to sit on and will continue to provide rest and relaxation for many years to come.
