Description
A lovely vintage industrial filing cabinet. There is a plaque to the rear dating it to 1937.The cabinet has the original green finished steel and has the Roneo plaque on the front.
The cabinet has six drawers each with four dividers, The drawer fronts are fitted with handles, a metal label holder and a small brass catch for unlocking.
The cabinet has an overall height of 57.5" (146cm), a width of 13.5" (34cm) and a depth of 25" (63cm).
Internally the drawers have a width of 10.5” (26cm) wide and 8” (20cm) heigh.
This attractive cabinet remains in a good solid condition with surface markings commensurate with age and usage. There is a bit of surface finish wear primarily to the top and edges from past use and a couple of the handle backplates have been replaced.
This remains a very stylish & elegant cabinet. It will continue to provide sterling service for many years to come.
